Often when we are standing we drop into one hip as this feels more comfortable that standing symmetrically. In this class we will use the block to help us find symmetry in the pelvis and not drop into the hip. Then using this to help us find a sense of balance in other balancing postures. FInish with Pigeon and supine twist. Block and strap needed.
