Where do you feel your breath in your body? Is it symmetrical or is it easier to feel breath on one side of the body? Observing where we might be holding and where the energy might not be flowing freely. Starting by opening the Psoas our hip flexor to release any tension it may hold on our diaphragm, our primary breathing muscle.

Energising by opening the Chest
