We are all walking a lot more during lockdown so this class focuses on the glute muscles so we can identify glute maximus and medius and use them more in our yoga practice and then when we are walking. If we can activate the glutes then we can alleviate some of the work that goes on in the quadriceps ( muscles of the thighs) and this will mean we work more symmetrically and therefore more efficiently.
