Our eyes are at the front of our head so everything we do is in front of us. This can often lead to a rounding of the chest and a closing of the front of the body. it is harder to take a breath into the body when our shoulders come forward and our chest shortens. Broadening the collar bones and then taking this into standing postures. 2 blocks and a strap necessary.
