Ujjayi Breath Focused Practice Monday 7th December
This class starts by hearing the internal sound of the Ujjayi breath. In the Yoga Sutras Patanjali said the breath should be dirga ( long) and suksma ( smooth) so see if you can keep this length and smoothness of the breath even when the poses are more challenging. Also notice when your mind has wandered, you aren't breathing consciously and have lost the ujjayi breath . No props needed but blocks are always useful.
