We are all walking a lot more during lockdown so we can get our daily exercise. Often when we walk we over use our quadriceps and don't use our glutes enough. This 60 min class helps us to recruit the glute muscles and to use them in our yoga poses to create more symmetry between the legs. This creates more foundation in our poses and is more efficient and stabilising.
