Starting supine with a rolled up blanket under the shoulder blades and arms in a diamond shape. FInding space in ribs and expanding breath into belly. Using the rolled up blanket to feel engagement in BOTH legs in our standing posture.
Other props might be needed for pigeon pose at the end.

Props needed a rolled blanket to support the back of the body for the start of the class and then later to support the ball of the foot to get a better connection to the back foot in our warrior poses.
