Starting seated in Virasana using kapalbhati breathing to energise and awaken the core. Using core to stabilise the lower back and to help us to twists with out using our limbs as levers. Finding deeper movement inside the body with holding at the end of exhale to use Uddiyana Bandha to tone and lift. Props needed a block
