Our glutes literally propel us forward so if you feel a bit stuck at the moment strengthening this area can help move out of stuck places and motivate us. Working with using Glute Max and Glute Medius to see if we are fully using these muscles in poses so that we can keep a sense of balance in the body and not overworking the quariceps in poses like warrior II.
